El Senorio de Sulco

Peruvian iconography on the walls, and the sea right outside.

  • Address: Malecon Cisneros 1470
  • District: Miraflores
  • Cuisine: Classic Peruvian
  • Chef / group: Chef Flavio Solorzano

El Señorío de Sulco is a space where classic and traditional Peruvian cuisine meet, overlooking the ocean and the Malecón park in Miraflores. It has been run by the same family since 1986, when it was founded by Isabel Álvarez and Julia Novoa, and it is now in its third generation under chef Flavio Solórzano, a Marca Perú culinary ambassador who has represented Peru at gastronomic events abroad. The menu highlights include seco de cabrito a la norteña and huatia-style beef, cooked buried with heated stones in a pre-Columbian technique that few Lima restaurants serve, in rooms decorated with Peruvian art and iconography. There is a private lounge, the Puka lounge, for groups, and a table by the window gives you the Malecón and the sea. El Señorío de Sulco ranked #10 in Creole Cuisine at the Premios Summum 2026. It is at Malecon Cisneros 1470, open Monday to Saturday from 12 pm to 11 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm.
