Titi

Three years running, Lima's top chifa.

  • Address: Av. Javier Prado Este 1212, San Isidro, Lima
  • District: San Isidro
  • Cuisine: Chifa (Peruvian-Chinese)

Titi is a Cantonese-Peruvian chifa led by chef Bruce Loo, with roots in a family restaurant founded at the end of the 1950s in Lima's Chinese Quarter. Today it serves its disciplined wok cooking from a San Isidro dining room, with the technique Loo honed in Hong Kong. The dishes guests return for are the roasted ribs and siu yok, the house chaufa with roast pork and fried wontons, crispy-skinned roast duck, chicken with cashews and crispy pork belly. It is chifa made with great care and a good introduction to the Chinese-Peruvian cooking that Lima treats as its own. Titi was named Best Chifa and Chinese Cuisine (Mejor Chifa y Cocina China) at the Premios Summum in 2024 and 2025, and took first place in the 2026 top 10: three years in a row. It also appears at #18 in the Top 20 of the Premios Summum 2026, the list of Peru's best restaurants. Weekend dinners fill up about two weeks ahead, while weekday lunch is easier to book.
