Mamma Lola

A family-style Italian trattoria near Parque Kennedy, with house-made pasta and a pizza oven since 2000.

  • Address: Av. Ernesto Diez Canseco 119, Miraflores
  • District: Miraflores
  • Cuisine: Pizzeria, Italian

Trattoria Mamma Lola opened on March 17, 2000, and has been serving homemade Italian cooking in Miraflores for more than twenty-five years, a few steps from Parque Kennedy. The dining room feels like a family home: simple, warm decor full of keepsakes, white tablecloths and olive oil on every table. The kitchen has its own pasta workshop, where the pastas and doughs are made every day, and an oven for the pizzas. The menu goes well beyond pizza: five kinds of lasagna (the Mamma Lola, with bolognese and artichokes, is among the most ordered), spinach and ricotta ravioli alla toscana, osso buco with risotto, and antipasti such as stuffed mushrooms, beef carpaccio and bruschetta. Signature pizzas include the Miraflorina, with beef, chorizo, onion rings, peppers, olives and mushrooms, and the Mamma Lola, with julienned chicken, green asparagus and caramelized onion. Finish with the creamy tiramisu, or with a crêpe suzette prepared on a cart right at your table.
